Yesterday, after all the kids left for school, we went to Blue Spruce Park to fish. It was 87F, breezy and bright. A good day to spend Pah's birthday -- outdoors and with the fishes.
We caught seven in that one and a half hours. All bluegills and all the same size.
But I saw some carp mudtrails in the water, and told Pah that next time, we should fish for them.
