If you haven't noticed it already, we have a new cooking machine. Bought yesterday hours before cooking the Iftar chicken, at about $30.00 after tax. It can cook 40 pieces of chicken easily, at about 10 minutes for pound. We are cooking again today, using the same roaster, for the Saturday Community iftar at the masjid.
It's done, actually. Really a good cooker at a good price. I (We, Pah?) will enjoy cooking food for people more than ever now... As long as we don't run out of meats or chicken, we'll try do it...
