One: The shop promised the van out by afternoon today. Didn't happen. Understandable.
Two: Tried to get my money out of my ASB. Nope, the book has the wrong serial number. So the account is suspended, indefinitely, until investigations are complete. Outrageous!
Well, some day you can't win.
